@@FannyLee Hi Hi, thanks for your clarifications. You are right it can have multi-functions. I had also experienced this kind of problem after leaving the house vacant for years. In fact, smoke detector nowadays are to be replaced with a new one rather than putting in new batteries will work. (Pain in the butt, I replaced the batteries didn't work, haha) Thanks for not taking my remarks here offensive. In fact, I have to thank you and associates helping my son secured an apartment in Markham 1/2 year ago and he likes it very much, otherwise .... Hope that you keep your good work in making your house showing around funny, Fanny!

I think it is CO detector not CO2 detector, also the that kind of detector should not be on the ceiling. The one on the ceiling is the smoke detector.

近呢幾年，wismer, greensborough, Cornell 升幅都好厲害！
Walkout basement其實晤啱我，買完餸要上一層，出backyard又要落一層，最重要喺正門條樓梯十幾級，冬天落雪老人家要小心。

係呀，每一間屋，都會找到佢自己適合嘅主人。所以，喺人生裏邊，係唔同年紀，可能要找唔同嘅樓。老人家，其實可能最好住Condo，一層過，又有電梯，冬天又唔使鏟雪。呢一種大屋，適合有小朋友嘅中年人比較好。

個人認為，住condo比片中獨立屋更唔方便，買完餸攞上樓仲大件事，建議買架車仔拉餸上樓。鏟雪剪草用Condo管理費條數請人做即可。
其實百貨百客，所以我認同Fanny所講。但車房唔喺同起居層同一層，出完街返屋企要上兩層樓換衫；買完餸要搬一層；睇細路出backyard玩要落一層。相對一般車房和backyard和起居層同層的獨立屋，會行多好多層樓梯，冇咁方便。
