Danni please be careful. If your tires are going bald, please don’t wait too long to replace them for your safety. You are important to us. Stay safe and healthy.
Our fuel is going to hit 7.00 as well as our heating fuel which is the only option we have besides wood that use to be free, you could cut trees wherever out of city limits as long as you cleaned up your mess or burned it, but now it's 400 a cord. Hubby and I were going to retire this year but now we have both decided to stay at our well paying jobs another year or more. I am 60 and hubs will be 66 next month...just sad but always 🙏 grateful that we have a home & income.
Wow! Where are you located, I know our fuel up here in N. California (TRUE north, up below the Oregon border) is hovering right below $6 per gallon.....up in S. OREGON is between high $4 low to mid $5...we do have fuel store on Native land which is $4.79....it sure has been a blessing to be able have that!!! It helps a lot of folks
Thanks for your being aware of your surroundings speech!! Great reminder for all of us seniors. I was walking my dog in the church yard next to my home and a black truck pulled into the empty parking lot, stopped and was sitting there! I stopped and turned around and left--I remembered your "talk". Not saying the guy was up to something but better to be safe than sorry. THANK YOU!!
Hi Danni. Glad you had a safe journey. I paid $3.08 for my gas the other day in western KY. My hubby, who is a trucker, (yes it's good to have proper respect for them as they out weigh you by alot) told me that gas in San Antonio was $2.89 a couple of days ago. Your shop is lookin' good! Can't wait to see it up & running. Don't apologize, your video today was fine. Stay safe & have fun in SD & tell Jordan hi & give the grand furbabies a belly rub from us.
Wow, your gas is soooooo cheap! Gas in Portland, OR hasn’t been under $5 per gallon in probably 6 months. I have a Subaru Impreza & just paid $75 to fill it up. Enjoy your amazing gas prices!! 😊
Danni…I know you’re so busy, but I hope you can keep up with the your tire wear and other regular maintenance. It’s so important. You don’t have the kind of wet & cold weather we have in the East, but if you have to stop quickly or it’s just rained, the condition of your tires can make a big difference. Sorry…didn’t mean to nag. 😌I’m wishing you safe travels and FUN!🤗
My anxiety goes bonkers whenever I'm next to tractor trailer trucks. The only thing worse is when you are sandwiched between two of them. You definitely are not alone.
I drive 22.5 miles to work each way on the Interstate, daily. This summer, we had road construction that created no sjoulder for the far left lane, the only lane NOT used by semi's. I discovered that to drive between a semi, and that close-to-the-barrier lane was terrifying! And I hate passing trucks, because some truckers change lanes more suddenly than expected. Glad that you made it safely to San Diego, despite the crazy drivers.
I used to drive 2 hrs to work one way, 2 trips/week. Now, I only have to go through that when I head over the bridges to the continent (highest suspension bridge on this coast-2 lanes, but narrow. I hate passing anything bigger than a car because of the center barriers that they installed recently).
I’ve been to Victorville! When we lived in Las Vegas.. a friend and I had a meeting in Victorville. Had lunch there and then drove back. Oh how I miss living in Vegas..miss the trips to California…but thank goodness my son still lives there so I have an excuse to go and visit. Still not the same but at least I can get there every once in awhile. Thanks for taking us along on your road trip.
Girl, I love your positive outlook on everything. Also, you stretch yourself in situations that are uncomfortable for you. God bless your time spent with Jordan.
I'm surprised you found one good thing in the Goodwill. My local Goodwills are all over priced broken junk. It's really sad because I see good stuff getting donated.
Dani, I also hate passing trucks on the highway. Especially since wind from a big truck flipped a friend’s car while driving on the highway. Luckily there wasn’t any fatalities.
I haven't been on a road trip for several years, but passing trucks on the highway never worried me. But in the windy conditions, I definitely would be worried. Hope you have a safe trip.
Victorville is a sleeper town alot of trailer home residents the goodwill and salvation army in Murrieta when I visit my sister and son are pretty good..yep hate going by the big trucks and wind get my hands cramping from holding the stearing wheel so hard..a flat tire on the way in the middle of no reception by myself is my biggest fear because I always drive it at late night because there are hardly any cars on the road..glad you made it safe 🙏
I glad you made it safely. DOZER is darling I love his white whiskers. Can't wait to see you both shop in Southern California again. I am north east California up by the Oregon boarder. We have snow already.
Good to see you made it there safely! I am looking forward to your shopping videos with Jordan. Always enjoy them and the fashion shows too! Happy shopping!💕
Welcome to California Goodwill's...most of them have little of value and less merchandise than other thrift stores! I am planning a trip with 2 other gals to visit the Las Vegas GW's and of course to shop your grand opening! Have a profitable and fun time in San Diego. I'll be watching.
Can't wait for tomorrow to check out where you go shopping and what goodies you pick up The dog is chilled right out looks like she may be camera shy if she's not speaking but the cat wants to be the star of this show the coat she's wearing in is very glamorous might be a bit hot for California 😻🇨🇦🦩
I will tell you this was the most comfortable trip I have ever been on.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for taking me along. Can't wait to get shop done! See you in the next one! Love ya stay safe and well. Smooch, hugs, and many many many prayers. ❤️
Danni I admire you so much, and I do no it's not nearly as easy as you make it look, your truly gifted and love all your adventures. I love the way that you teach people as you go, to help others to put there foot forward, to make there ends meet. I love watching you and your children, you have done quite well raising them..be careful, have fun..and make it fun..sweet lady
Ditto your sentiments regarding semi trucks. Once passed, great but if you stop for any reason, you.just have to pass them again! Enjoy your stay with your daughter and I hope you find lots of goodies.
That Montana West was a beautiful handbag - I would have bought it. Those handbags start at $59 so $6.99 was a great deal! Yes, they are still popular in Florida also (I bought one about a month ago).
Passing trucks is terrifying. I have been run off the road by two. When I was younger I had a Maine Coone cat. We had her for 18 years and she would jump into my lap, drop and roll. She loved for me to rub her belly and her purr was so loud. I was the only one she did that with. I think the rest of the family felt left out.
I pass trunks on the road and get nervous too. One road trip I took I pretty much floored it to pass a truck and was pulled over by cop. Yes I got a ticket.
Hi Danni. I enjoyed this video. You made it interesting and entertaining. The store looks great. Love the cubbies along the “stage”. I wish I had half your energy.
I used to make that road trip several times a year when I lived in El Cajon, a suburb of San Diego. Loved the open roads and the beautiful scenery. San Bernardino always scared me when it was windy. I hope you and Jordan have a wonderful time together. Safe travels, girls.
My son & his family lived in El Cajon for years. I would drive down from Portland, OR at least 2 x year. I loved that town. They now live in Lakeside, which is also a nice city. Anyway, take care!
You are so brave to take that long trip by yourself! Gas here in Ct is about $3.69 a gallon. That’s because our governor dropped the state tax on gas. Makes a difference! Have fun with Jordan!😊
I was stationed at George AFB in Victorville and my daughter was born there. George AFB has since been decommissioned. I kept my horse on a small ranch on the edge of the Mojave Desert and rode there often.
My boyfriend makes fun of me all the time but I, too, get really nervous around big trucks so you're definitely not alone! So happy you made it safe and sound and I hope you're able to enjoy time with your daughter and fill that car right back up! 🙌
Wow Danny when you flipped over there and said we out ran the rain that is the most beautiful sky I think I’ve ever seen it look like it had mountains in it up at the top thank you for sharing that was beautiful
I got loads and loads of photos to sort out too! One day,I might just get them out! Belly rubs are lovely saysMolly moo. Hello Daisy and Dozer. Enjoy the time with your fur grandbabies and beautiful daughter. So glad you arrived safely after the crazy scary drive there. Goodnight God bless from me and Molly moo in a very windy and wet Wales 🏴xxx
Hint to you Danni. Ask a trucker where the "blind spot" is in his side mirror. Then you will know not to stay in that spot when passing and you should be safe. Drive carefully.

Oh, I drive 14 feet long and 6 foot wide , also tall van. The wind is bad enough but add a big rig to the mix my van rocks just a little bit. But it can still be scary sometimes.

OMG, I don't know how you do it!!! I'm here in San Diego and won't drive past Escondido!!!! My daughter lives in Vegas and makes the drive to here alone, as you are doing, quite often. I just can't do it!!! Guess I've had too many bad experiences on the side of the road and been lost too many times as well. Neither of those kinds of adventures fill you with confidence. You, dear lady are very brave! Hope you at the least, have a Tazer in your car for those negative moments. Better to have and not need, then need and not have!!! I was laughing when you were talking to your grand- cat and grand- dog ! 😂 They are so sweet ! 😁😁

Your Goodwill trip was like my thrifting experience today. I went to 4 thrift stores and only ended up with 2 items. No selection or overpriced!!
Same
You win some, you lose some. That’s ok! I’m with you on the long drive by yourself! It always stresses me out too!
It’s a little scary taking a trip on bald tires and no spare.
Wow, gas is about $3.15 a gallon where I am. I don’t like passing trucks, either, but I try to be very considerate to trucks on the highway.
When I had severe anxiety, I would have to pull over if I seen a semi coming! You were so brave. You go in that juicebox......love it
Enjoyed !! Always with you !! Glad ya made it safely !!

Amazing progress on the store! I am almost contemplating a trip to Vegas to see it when it's all ready to go. :-D
Danni, Please get a set of tires before you drive home. Be safe!
I really hope you get tires before going home, that can be very dangerous, fast! Please consider getting that taken care of. 😘💖
I glad you made it safely. DOZER is darling I love his white whiskers. Can't wait to see you both shop in Southern California again. I am north east California up by the Oregon boarder. We have snow already.
GLAD YOU HAD A SAFE TRIP. ENJOY YOUR VISIT WITH JORDAN AND FAMILY
Lol about “flooring it” by trucks! I do the same thing with “white knuckles” gripping my steering wheel! Scary stuff! You did great!!
Good to see you made it there safely! I am looking forward to your shopping videos with Jordan. Always enjoy them and the fashion shows too! Happy shopping!💕
I’m glad you arrived safely to Jordan house 🏡 Be safe and enjoy God bless you all

Glad you made it safely. Hey, you gave two new thrift shops your best shot. Not your fault they were a bust.💜
Jordan would love the thrift with clothes I bet
Most of the goodwills in my area don’t have lots of good stuff 😅
Your not alone. Always hold my breath until I get by the truck

I was stationed at George AFB in Victorville and my daughter was born there. George AFB has since been decommissioned. I kept my horse on a small ranch on the edge of the Mojave Desert and rode there often.
Used to be nervous around trucks until moving to a port city. Most truckers drive the regular roads like they are on the highway.
Glad you got there safe Danni hope you got some new tires🙂
Thankful you made it safe, have fun enjoy your time with uour daughter, and make it fun!
So happy you made it safely! I had a Kia Soul...there is actually a warning on the sun visor about tipping over in high winds😳
Glad you arrived safely, enjoy!
So glad you made it safe!!🙏🙏🙏
I dont like passing big trucks either. It looks like quite a trip with all that wind.
Whew! I hate passing trucks too! Cute cat and dog! Hello to Jordan! Have fun!
TFS, 🙏you got there safely, I used to travel alot..not sure I would now..How stinkin cute those fur babies are..O.M.G.💞💞💞
My boyfriend makes fun of me all the time but I, too, get really nervous around big trucks so you're definitely not alone! So happy you made it safe and sound and I hope you're able to enjoy time with your daughter and fill that car right back up! 🙌
OMG...Our gas in West Tennessee was between $3.09 & 3.49 today!
I really enjoyed this road trip, great to see parts of America
Wow Danny when you flipped over there and said we out ran the rain that is the most beautiful sky I think I’ve ever seen it look like it had mountains in it up at the top thank you for sharing that was beautiful
I like it when you change ur videos up. Hope u have a fun stay with ur daughter.
Road tripping, that was a fun video! Have fun with Jordan!💕💕💕
That Goodwill kind of looks like the one in my neighbourhood! Have fun shopping and spending time with Jordan.
Goodness, Aldwyth, I hope you guys see some sun soon! I feel like Wales is going to float right away! Scritches for Molly Moo
Hint to you Danni. Ask a trucker where the "blind spot" is in his side mirror. Then you will know not to stay in that spot when passing and you should be safe. Drive carefully.
Yes. Generally, the rule is, if you can't see their mirrors, they can't see you (I had a 2 hr commute 2x/week for 4 yrs, truckers can be your friends)
Always fun to watch! Have a wonderful time with your girls! And of course, get shop done! See ya next time!
Girrrrrrl, get your new tires ! Tires build up heat while driving and low rubber makes safety questionable 😬
Praying for a safe and fun trip.
Sweet grandcat and grand dog. Glad you made it safely.
Where I am in Canada… the fun is passing trucks on a SINGLE lane highway where you pass over the line and have to wait until the coast is clear… or passing lanes they put in about every 15 miles 😂
I remember those from MI and WI days
Danni, I give you so much credit for all that long distance driving ! I'm scared to death of driving next to trucks, much less passing them ! I get lost backing out of my driveway..so there's that too. So happy you made it there safely ! That Thrift shop was thread bare, disappointing. Have fun !
Desert winds can be so STRONG! Thanks so much!
Your not alone, my daughter had friends who died by big trucks hitting them.
I live in California and I have seen the 'mug bundles' a couple places. I was told in at least one Goodwill that I could ask an employee to break the bundle so I could just buy one mug, though I don't know how often people ask to do that.
I hate to pass too!! 😳 Have a wonderful time and be safe!! 💕 🐈⬛💕🐕💕
Oh, I drive 14 feet long and 6 foot wide , also tall van. The wind is bad enough but add a big rig to the mix my van rocks just a little bit. But it can still be scary sometimes.
Thanks for taking us along on your little trip I enjoyed it
This was a fun and interesting video! Being in Australia I love to see what you guys have that's different to us. Hi to Jordan, Dozer and Daisy👋😍
Yes, we overtake (we say pass) on the left. Unfortunately, each state here determines its own sales tax. I'm in the smallest but most heavily taxed state, 7%. However, no tax on unsweetened foods, clothing, textiles.
I’m glad you got to your daughter’s safe and sound. I’ve been to that Goodwill in Victorville before and won’t go back either. It’s tough to get decent items to resell from the thrift stores in that area. Have a wonderful time with Jordan.
Your store is going to be amazing!
Love surprises. I am so very happy for you.Rebecca is a ⭐️xxx
Daisy is one of my fur grand babies too. and snowball. they live in japan our oldest has been in the navy going on 13 yrs in dec.
I commend you for driving all that way by yourself. Semis scare me and gusts of wind. You are very brave.
Hope you have a fun time with your daughter.
I try to avoid getting behind or in front of big trunks. I differently hate getting sandwiched between those eighteen wheelers. So you are not along! Enjoy your adventure!

I can understand the anxiety driving that long distance I don't think I could do it!!!
