i had so many problems with wobbling with my sony a7s iii and the 24-70 gm that i was really frustrated. i randomly watch this video and then see the lens support piece and think to myself: hmmm that could have been the problem. it was so easy and right in front of my eyes haha. thanks for the top video!

Hi Colin - Thank you for taking the time to create these videos. They are extremely helpful for a beginner like me who recently purchased the Pro Combo. DJI's tutorial videos are not the best. I've also experienced an issue where you can't attach the RavenEye when mounting the camera vertically. I tried attaching it to the camera's hot shoe, but it didn't feel very secure. Oh well, everything is going well so far. This setup is much better compared to the RS3 Mini, with which I struggled to get stable footage.

Thank you! I was struggling with balance, you nailed it! Didn’t know about the app moving the gimbal, single tap to sleep, double to recenter. My only question left is, although my Canon 200 D has Bluetooth, and I connected to gimbal, but there’s no functionality. Anyone else know if there’s anything that will function on the camera from the gimble?
DJI are great at making material and camera material at that but when it comes to making a video explaining how to use said camera tool, they’re not a touch on you, thank you!
Yes I agree, great video I needed! I got a little lost when taking out the wires. and moving them over to the focus wheel. I did it, but it doesn't make sense all the way. You can't use the Focus and the RSS at the same time. I don't how to word it so I'll explain it this way: Your first set up with all the wires allowed me to run it with my phone. The 2nd setup you took out a usbc wire and used it for the focus wheel. You can only do one at a time? Or is there a way to run Both setups at the same times. (good luck with understanding the question) lol
Hi! Great video! Very helpful :) Maybe you know the solution of my problem with the Raveneye? My RS4 pro is brand new an I try to set it up with my Sony FX3 for the first time. But after connecting the cables the way you do the light on the Raveneye only shows red - it never turns blue, and it doesn't show up on my iPhones Wifi (Which is on and the Bluetooth is of). Any idea of what my problem can be?
Hello, and thank you for this very informative video. I have a question though: I would like to use 2 motors on my RS4 Pro. The first one for the focus, controlled by the front wheel on the handle, and the second one for the zoom, controlled by a DJI accessory - Focus Wheel. Could you explain to me how to link and adjust the motors? Thanks for your help.
