    I’ve never been to Mongolia but this place has a vibe that makes me feel at home. I live near the New Mexico / Colorado border, where a lot of Tibetan refugees settled decades ago. They built several stupas in this area, including one just down the road from me. We even have a similar climate and land form to this, not many trees except in the mountains, lots of wild horses and big skies.
    I don’t believe in Buddhism whatsoever but the architecture and the peace of these places is good to see.
