The committee rules state that when a member's comments are stricken from the record, that member is barred from speaking for the rest of the session. If Comer had enforced this rule, the exchange never would have happened - it would have ended after MTG made the initial insult.

He wasted 2 years in Congress using committees and MONTHS of legislative action in a fraudulent attempt to impeach Biden that has failed several times.
