thank you thank you thank you, just spent a quick 20 minutes in the dark repairing my left earbuds which were 30% quiet for the past 6 months... they're almost 3 1/2 years old 💀💀
Mine stopped working they were my husband's, and his ears just pour ear wax like most of the boys and men in my house. The girls barely make any. Anyway, my right one has stopped working it sounds like a bug is in it, but ik it's from the wax. It also started getting extremely hot when the sound started this morning. It's so hot you can not keep it in your ear because it burns. So, I realized maybe I could take them apart after watching someone else do it. I generally can do most things after watching someone, but I've come to a hault not having the tiny screw driver. Once I either find mine or buy another tomorrow, I will finish what I've started, and hopefully, it isn't too late to get these back to a working state since I use them daily for hours. Lol

i had the same problem, try using a cotton swab to clean it, I did it and finally works

I've just paid 55 pounds for these on Amazon. They are great for those who can't tolerate in ear tips. At this price, if they break after the warranty period, they are going in the bin.
My earbud says it's fully charged but it won't play any sound. Do you know what's wrong? Only one is doing this; the other works fine.

One of my bud has fall down will anything happend to it inside
Mine fell 4 times and still working great
mine fell a lot, bounced a lot, and came back a lot. Still works. My right bud fell on a mug of water and it still works. Don't worry man, our kidney shaped earphones are quite sturdy and dependable.

I disassembled one of them because the sound wasn't good, after a deep cleaning, now the sound is perfect but have bluetooth iusse, in particolar when i'm 1,5 meter far away from my phone, the item lost signal😢
I fix the issue by solding a little wire on a side of the super tiny white antenna on the mainboard.
Atleast yours works, mine doesnt even work anymore after disassembly lol i think when prying the driver off it pulled apart. Doesmt seem to wamt to work anymore. It charges but thats about it
