How to find an Authentic Immigration Agency 🤔| Authorized Representative for Canada Immigration 🍁

How to find an immigration agency or immigration consultant or immigration Lawyer? This is a very common question that people ask randomly. The aim of this video is to inform to prevent immigration scams and fraud. Also tips and tricks on finding genuine and authorized representatives. So I have tried to cover the following topics-
Who should apply? Applicant or Representative?
When you should apply yourself? When is it better to go to an agency or representative for an immigration application?
Who is the authorized representative for Canada Immigration?
Who is RCIC ? What ICCRC and CICC ? How RCIC get License to practice?
How to spot a fake immigration consultant?
Who are immigration Agencies? How does Immigration Agency work?
Who is allowed to take money or fees from you as a paid representative?
How to identify fake immigration Agency?
So people who are thinking of Canada Immigration or PR should focus on this issue and should avoid those agents and consultants who are not licensed with CICC (College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants). Website- college-ic.ca/. Because from November 23, 2021, The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants licenses and regulates the practice of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors (RISIAs). Also if the representative is an Immigration Lawyer and paralegal then check whether he/she is a member of the Canadian provincial or territorial Law Society or Quebec Notarized.
However, if you have a good CRS score then you can also apply yourself and don’t need to go for any agency or consultancy firm. Express Entry, PNP, or Pilot projects are clearly mentioned in the CIC website (www.cic.gc.ca). So anyone can follow the steps easily and can apply for Canada PR through you. Be aware of Fraud agency or consultants because Canada Government is also giving alerts on this issue as the number of fake agents is increasing.

Mam as you know I have completed my BBA in Finance from Iub later on I have completed my MBA in Finance from DU. Should i apply for my 2nd Masters or apply for Phd in Canada. Except IELTS which exam(ex:GMAT) is more necessary for getting scholarship? It would be great kind of you if you can make a separate video on scholarships in 🇨🇦 ian university.

Sure dear..I am planning to create some contents for students. I realized Bangladeshi students make lots of mistakes in decision making. You can try for both masters and phd. But access to Phd is tough without publications. Better plan for a masters or MBA. Most of the Canadian universities now require IELTS only for MBA /MS. However if you have GRE it could be an addition to get scholarship. Search individual University requirements. It differs.
