You could just emulate the whole collection on switch. It’s not perfect but it’s any gba game you could possibly want on your switch. Oh and of course you should obtain your games legally. Under no circumstances should you pirate games, especially if the original copyright holder isn’t even selling the games anymore, you should never obtain games illegally, even if it’s not even a criminal offense, just a civil one, so if you hypothetically did pirate games, the copyright holder would have to track you down and personally file a lawsuit against you, you should definitely not pirate any old games.
