Just saw this on a random rewatch of the vid, i had it filtered to have players off for most of the game but enabled it after i believe the last upgrade for Nick as a balancing measure. We've talked about changing certain things up and giving cops some perks as well behind the scenes, that's just part of the experimenting and it lead to a pretty good chase at the end, so not much harm there
I was watching the stream but I was on an 8 hour ride, with bad Wi-Fi, so when we got in a tunnel it just kicked me out so I barely got to watch half of it. But I as so glad that I can watch it now with internet.

yeah, i've watched a few of these things and it seems like the player named ank can never really follow the rules
I could be wrong but I think the unimogs/rammers were allowed to have maps on for whatever reason
