Man.. this one is actually dope ! I was very surprised.. cause in my head full of stereotypes, I thought that Detective Conan openings were all kinda not serious.. but this one is so good actually!
I have the theory although not very detailed. That Karasu (the organization) will discover that Sinichi is still alive but not that it is Conan, then they will kidnap Ran, to torture her and force her to say where she is. Obviously she doesn't know anything but Gin and Vodka don't believe her. Shinichi looks for her and suddenly receives a message from Gin from Ran's phone (since this one has his number) saying that they either show up or kill her (although we all know they will do the same). Without thinking, Conan introduces himself and reveals his identity to Ran, Gin and Vodka (giving proof of this) After a moment of tension and the typical "bad speech" when they are about to kill them both, the FBI appears. Taking advantage of the confusion Shinichi hits Gin with the ball in the face, which distorts him, but he recovers and just when he is about to shoot something happens. 1-Jolye Kills Gin 2-Ran manages to get rid of his ties and gets in the way of receiving her shot. In either case both survive and Gin and Vodka or are killed or detained. (Although in the case of the second, not before Ran spends time in the hospital). After this Conan tells everything that happened to Ran alone. And as he sometimes did to "cheat her" so she wouldn't discover him. He also asks him to keep the secret because that could endanger more people. And so we would enter the final arc of the series. With Ran Having police vigilance. I also believe that Ai is not going to want to return to her body with the antidote ... remember that she did not have a normal childhood and may want to live it again.
If the organization knew anything about Ran in the first place when Shinichi shrunk then she would've been dead long ago, I don't wanna spoil anything if you are not caught up but the organization now has it's doubts and continues it's investigation.
