Can't wait for Rally Sweden here in Umeå, this last week we have been having heavy snowfall, up to 60 cm of snow, so lots of snow.
UPDATE.
It was raining 2 days ago and now it's warm outside and the snow is melting, the roads are solid ice with melting water, but cold weather is coming and hopefully more snow.
Did they get rid of the sidepods? not gonna lie i kind of liked the looks with the sidepods, reminded me of the old ford rs200 ducts haha

Yea, they said they designed those side pods before they really knew the amount of cooling needed for the hybrid system. Apparently they had way too much cooling last year 😂
Yes, they got rid of them. They already tested without them during the Spain tests but they have homologated this change for this year.

I'm more fan of Ford, but honestly, from all the testing, Kalle impressed me the most.
To me it looks like Kalle is the man to beat, only the car could decide otherwise.

That looks scary fast, I fear for what Toyota has created, but we gotta wait for Monte tho, hopefully Msport and Hyundai are on the same level as them
I’d love for that to be the case, but I’m afraid its not.
M-Sport simply lacks funding in comparison, and while Hyundai doesn’t, they seem to suffer from a lot of internal struggles, so in comparison the Toyota just trumps both of them as they have near unlimited budget, team organisafion working like clockwork and, of course, young Fin thats on the crazy rise.
So as much as I’d like to be wrong about it, I think this will be another sweep year for Toyota.

Did they finally got rid of those awful air intakes ? Car looks so much better. I haven't watched the videos from the other manufacturers yet, but from this alone I'd say Toyota and Kalle can repeat if the car is solid.
I don't believe Rally cars could possibly go any faster than this.

I attended the Rally RACC for the last two season and I can tell you they really go that fast in real life too. I know it seems physics defiant and all but that’s the ridiculous amount of grip these monsters have nowadays thanks to carbon chassis, high downforce bodies and of course super sticky tires!
