No jokes this is the best thing I've ever seen. I'm sick to this kind of perfectness. For sure gonna make to my Velka3 clone with a new gpu+cpu rebuild. The biggest problem is that I've got non-modular 400w powersupply without 8pin gpu, but hopefully will figure out how to do that too. Thank you man. Much love for this perfect job ♥
dude, i loved this, can you do a video with cable recommendations for most uses when it comes to PC builds? i mean, replacement cables, I want to do my own PSU cables like this, completely flat and custom length
Great video! I think leaving some more descriptive text explanations of what you're doing on screen for a bit longer would help for those that are following along while trying to do their own fans. Looking forward to seeing more content in the future!
@@RelaxingSFF I've seen some other RUclipsrs add them as captions, so that the people who need it/like it can add them and leaves the video with the "clean" look Also caption size/color and font can be personalized by the user for readability for people with disability, so that you don't have to deal with the "how big/bold do I do the caption?" Question You could add a "make sure to check the caption of this video" message in the beginning!
Hello there! Great videos so far! I would love to see a lengthy tutorial on how to make existing modular PSU cables (like the 24 Pin) shorter for SFF builds. I would also love to see you build a custom loop in the iQunix ZX-1. Thank you in advancea and keep up the great work!

Did you modify that Black Ridge cooler to make it taller? I swear that the gap between the bottom of the heatsink and the cold plate on mine looks a bit slimmer than yours. Did you wedge it apart slightly to make more room for your fan spacer?
77th subscriber! Can't wait to see more of your videos :) My only "complaint" is that you should have had a top-down view when cutting the plastic on the fan. Otherwise very easy to follow and informative.
Awesome. I'm a little worried about the stresses but I'm sure it's fine, especially since this is only being done once. This had me thinking, what if you 3D-printed some molds you could just lay the wires on, and have a perfect shape as a result :) Way more time and effort, but since this is already taking it to extremes, I figure why not take it further haha
Thank you, your idea is great and I will try to make a 3d printed frame. Can you name a software to design a 3d model for printer? Have no experience with that.
@@RelaxingSFF Fusion 360 to design the model. Then export your model as a .3mf or .STL file (I prefer .3mf) and open that file with Ultimaker Cura. Then slice the model in Cura and generate a .gcode file for your printer. That's my workflow, except because I'm a student I have access to SOLIDWORKS so I don't use Fusion 360--but I used to
Awesome guide - just be careful doing this to power extension cords ; they have minimum bend radius' to prevent fire , you can look these up based on the thickness of the wire gauge, but sharp bends in wire can heat themselves to the point of 🔥
I'll be honest I have absolutely no idea why you opened up the back of the fan to... re-solder wires that were already soldered? I appreciate the video and the end result looks great, but I'm fuzzy on some of the "why" in this. ...Oh, you removed the original cable and replaced it with the one you fabbed. Took me a second. But why not just mod the cable already attached to the fan? Is it just too cumbersome?
Because the original wires are only 2cm long. Now I see why I didn't mod the original cable and never had that idea before. I always buy noctua chromax fan and all of them have short cable by default.
Man battles cables. Cables almost win. Man cuts cables-cables lose.
Friggn beauty ! You inspired me
Would love to see more on your custom power cables. Specifically the one you made to the mobo on your COOJ 6.8L build has me very interested.
That was so beautiful.. We want more with pcie and eps cables..
Didn't realize this was the genre ASMR I was looking for. Quality work, moar.

Thank you. You can turn your psu to modular by soldering modular pcb which can be found on ali or taobao.
bro you cable management ways are fucking satisfying

stunning result!
Looks sick. Great Job!
I’ve already cable managed my pc 7 times. Now it’s gonna be 8… thanks 😉
I am very excited to see the results.
I love work done with such loving care. Exquisite. Top.
Absolutely loved this!!!

Thanks 😎

This is awesome! Subscribed.
Thank you, I appreciate that.
I love that! Can you show us the entire build?
Sure, next video.
Clean AF!
Great video! What are the parts you used for the power cable? I can’t find that plug anywhere
Thanks. You mean this imgur.com/a/ACIO9P6 ?
@@RelaxingSFF Yep that's the one! I haven't yet scoured the car parts markets. I guess I should start!
ITS SO PERFECT!!! Quick question though, do the cables stay perfectly bended?
They are quite hard and stay perfectly bended.

Its no rocket science, if you know how to solder you probably already knows what and how to do it. He should've show how he put the connectors tho...

What psu c13 connector is that at the end of the video? Would like to make one similar for my SFX. 2:56
