you could always try using a nail block. It will hold the nail for you and then you can spin it a bit more like a miniature turn table, just by touching the edge with your finger and using it to rotate the nail. It wouldn't work for everything but it would allow you do to many flowers. I hope this helps!
We are using buttercream but you can use what ever work for you and the project or flowers you want to create. You can make some flowers with stabilized whipped cream. Hope this helps!

A have arthritic fingers it’s difficult to rotate nail with my fingers can you please suggest any option
