Well the maps are approved by the devs, so I expected they would let maps of quality allowed only on the marketplace.
If they don’t have a refund system they should at least add some sort of function where you can view the map in spectator mode for an amount of time before purchase.
Yeah, I don't understand why they have that view thing, it barely helps, and you can input anything in it.

When I started Minecraft, I downloaded a map called "Inspiration Island", which taught me a lot of concepts and ideas regarding Minecraft, along with the fact that it is beautifully made.
And it's Free.

You don't get to the top of the richest people in the world without scamming people. My opinion? If you're someone who buys this, you deserve to be scammed. Money is of better use in the scammer's pocket.

My first Minecraft build was a sauna, made from wood. Lava was the heat source. Yea... didn’t last long. I was convinced my brother had set it on fire. Apparently wood burns in Minecraft. My stupid little brain didn’t knew that, my brother thought Herobrine did it. We were terrified.

I still can't get over the fact that Mojang took the time to implement a fully working cosmetics system and an emotes system in the vanilla game that the players can't customize and just exist in the game for microtransactions. Kinda weird for a game like Minecraft.

You need to keep in mind that Bedrock Edition is Microsoft's edition technically. Microsoft is greedy as hell. Hence why Java edition has no microtransactions whatsoever.

What irks me is there’s a map I bought called “Epic Caves” thinking it was a behaviour pack that I could apply to any world. I wanted to use the new mobs on a world I’ve spend weeks building with my friends but apparently it’s just a world with new stuff on it. Kind of regretting that purchase

No, it isnt. I'm not one to judge builds, as no matter how creative you are, some people are just better talented and have put more hours of practice into expressing the art (I.e. making your art look like it does in your head), and it is not a bad little build at all. The problem, as I'm sure you see, is that they had to go all freemium with it.
But the build itself, bland but not uninspired. I could see many wonderful under lava projects coming from the communities, and I'm sure it's already been done.

The only good Minecraft map (that isn’t free) is Pirate’s Fortune which is made by Hive games and is the same price as this one. Beautiful landscape, new items and mobs and is overall a good adventure map. Much more effort went into that map than a pool of lava

They didn't have enough builders ready to build a massive map because all of them were working on the RTX map. They really are a great team who have made really popular maps for Java. The only reason this is an awful map is because they were building it whilst building a different map.
