Hello! Kung magsesend ka po ng pera, saka sila mag aask ng verification from you. In the middle of the transaction, ask ka po nila. Kung mag rerecieve ka lang ng pera, I'm not sure if you need to be verified.

Hello po tanong ko lang bat di po nag reflect sa gcash account ng pinadalahan ko yung perang senent ko sa wise? Nag sent naman na po sa wise ko at tama naman po yung gcash number na pinadalahan ko. Nadedelay po ba? Kakasent lang po ng pera kaninang umaga senent ko yun kahapon pero up until now wala pa siya sa g cash account . Sana po matulungan niyo po ako . Salamat and Godbless

Hello! Ano pong mode of payment na ginamit nio? Pinakamabilis po kasing dumating pag ginamit niong pambayad eh from your bank. Pero pag ginamit nio po eh credit card, mejo natatagalan. Merong pong status sa WISE App regarding sa transaction, ano pong nakalagay?

@@MarieAmeliaII debit card po ginamit ko ."Delay due to weekend processing - Banks don't process transfer over the weekend so there maybe an extra 1-2 day delay" yan po nklagay na status. Kaso yung kasamahan ko dto nakapagsent siya agad sa wise at nagreflect din agad sa g cash account ng pinadalahan same lng po kami ng mode of payment debit card po kahapon saturday din siya nagpadala. Maraming salamat.
