- In this video I take you round some of my favourite stands at Wonderwool Wales 2023. I have done my best to mention all the business names so you can find them online if needed. I had a really great time and as a needle felter, saw lots of great wools, kits, fleeces and so much more.

Oh, Pippa, you just kill me with these wool expo walkabouts! I want to buy a plane ticket to the UK every time! I don't know if there's anything like this (or Yarndale) in the US. Thank you for taking us with you. Now I need to go back and write down the names of so many of the businesses you highlighted. That last one was AMAZING!

I am so envious of the choices you have where you live to find supplies. I have to get the majority of my supplies online. Thanks for sharing your experience. Thanks for the tour. I am interested in Needle Felting, one of the crafts I've have yet to try. I am a multi crafter who knits,crochets, embroiders, sews, etc. I doubt I would have gotten out of the show on budget. Really amazing yarns and fibers as well as the amazing work of the artists.
There was so much to see at this one and great for all crafts involving wool. I was super strict on budget and filming helped me not spend as much 😄,thanks for watching x

I know but I think you have a few outdoor wool shows, one of my Patreon's mentioned it, not quite the same but lots of fleeces for sale x

I wouldn't be able to carry all the wool I bought. There are no wool stores anywhere near me so I have to order everything. I would go completely nuts at a show like this. Thanks for sharing this experience.

Wow!! Ali Scott's stall was truly amazing! Absolutely agree with you, that was also my favourite from what you showed. Incredible! I have some 2D needle felting stuff, feeling very inspired to pick it up haha.

OMG! How I’d LOVE to shop at this fiber fair! Nothing like it near me in the US. I was frantically typing in different vendors to follow on Instagram? Sadly, when I talk to people who raise sheep in my area, so many say they are going to stop raising sheep due to a poor market for wool. I totally enjoy "following" you on your adventures!

I went on Sunday , my first ever visit to something like this and had a fantastic time , so many lovely ideas wanted to bring home lots of wools ! But was restricted as hubbys wallet didn’t have much in it when I raided it in the morning !
Probably a good thing, spending too much is very easy there, I tried to focus on certain projects which helped, glad you enjoyed it x

Looks like a very good selection for felters. How did you think it compared to Yarndale?
Hi Nicola, yes, more vendors, more for us as felters and more fleeces for sale, really good but for me it was a long way so Yarndale is definitely easier and still has lots to offer x
I'm in the southeast US and we don't have many big shows around. I am really interested in the Farm Craft products, but can't find them online. Can you post a link? Also to The Shepherd's Hut (the one I get sells real Shepherd's Huts!) Love the video!
