Dayglow is definitely one of my favorite artists ever. I saw them live once and might again on this tour.
With that said I'm really not feeling this new EP. I hope this is just an experimental thing and not the new direction. Glad people like it, but it's a bit poppy for me.
No offense an artist should create what they want to create. I'm just hoping for more. Fuzzybrain is such a banger. Harmony House was solid as well.
I respect your opinion and have heard this from others too. I just dont get it though. Theres something im missing. Because this sounds so much like ‘classic’ dayglow to me. If any of these songs were on fuzzybrain or harmony house, i wouldnt bat an eye. Meaning, they all have the same great sound and charm to them for me
