Tips for staying safe on a motorcycle/scooter

A quick video on staying safe on motorcycles. see notes below.
It is only right that I acknowledge that I myself did make a mistake in this video I am human it does happen. The more eagle eyed viewers will notice that I forgot to turn off my turn signal after leaving the car park and was therefore indicating right most of the way up the road. This is of course another mistake that can cause problems although wouldn't have affect what happened further up the road.
Also I would like to acknowledge that due to the road being small and the blind corner the driver who pulled out didn't have much time to see me however I did slow down for the corner and had he been looking properly before pulling out he should still of had time to react even if he pulled out a tiny bit and stopped.
