Started IF (16:8 ) around a year back and have moved to One meal a day for past 3 months. Have seen incredible results. Apart from weight loss of 35 kg , of which 90% of fat loss. My blood sugars & cholesterol levels have shown significant improvement. From being per diabitic to very stable and controlled blood sugar levels now. And have not felt this energetic all day !

@@qwerty90271 I did the very basics. Few points which I kept in mind was to be in calorie deficit, ate home made food, cut down on sugar and carbs. I didn't avoid anything completely, kept a holistic approach so that I could follow it for long. I didn't exercise much because my days were already very hectic and it included lot of walking. So, you can stick to whatever suits you. I'd say don't follow anyone, look for what works best for you. The only thing which really matters is being in calorie deficit and when you'll follow intermittent fasting, you'll eventually get into calorie deficit. ☺️

@@ruchikayadav325 not much i have my lunch at 1 pm and after that eat the left over rice of one small bowl only at 7pm after that just water . and then my breakfast for the next day is at 11 am . ..remember along with this u also have to sacrifice certain things like no refined sugar intake less refined oil and other unhealthy things . PS: i don't do any sort of exercise also i walk a little . and have lost 9kgs

I'm on Intermittent Fasting since last 1 year, I do take break from IF once in 20 days. I follow 16:8 IF pattern. The best part of IF is, it helps your body to recover from your diseases or any injuries. It may seem tough at the beginning, but eventually a person will get used to with that pattern. And yeah, joke of the day: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day in IF.

On a particular day, if we are not able to excrete out properly, we don't feel fresh, lethargy encumbers us, our productivity reduces significantly and makes us feel sleepy and low the whole day, according to me it's the biggest challenge . On the other hand when we excrete out properly and sufficiently, it opens up our mind and it feels as if we can achieve anything and everything ! Please make a video on this, how to achieve that state where we could feel the same 24×7 !

I have come to a conclusion after burning my hands. Eat anything and everything moderately and drink plenty of water. Do fast once in week. Listen to your body n gut.
I would like to tell you that OMD ( One Meal Diet) is also mentioned in our Vedas as during " Chaturmas " ( please Google it ) we have to also eat one meal a day as a traditional fasting and we have to intake mostly boiled food and we have to chant maximum amount of Holy name of God Krishna . Wow Hinduism is not a religion it's a guide to how to live a life ❤️❤️ .

I can’t speak for everyone but myself. Well formulated Ketogenic diet saved my life. I’ve been on it for 7 yrs now and I am in my 50’s and in the best of my health. I eat more variety vegetables and low glycemic fruits in moderation. My Hba1c was 6.1 in my all 40s and now it’s 5.1. I have tons of energy and exercise regularly. All my numbers are at their best. Numbers don’t lie. When you are metabolic fit you can’t be wrong about the diet. I surely don’t miss pesticide laden genetically modified grains. Anyways thank you for the info.

Ayurved diet is just based on Jainism as jains also start eating after sunrise and before sunset they finish their meals. Jainism is purely based on science. So I proud to be Jain. Even IF diet is also related to Jainism. Even Jainism is more way deeper, it also describes what to eat and what not which is totally based on science and u cannot deny every aspects of it. Even Jainism says to drink boiled water. It describes all these very deeply and minutely.
Hey fittuber, I am a great fan of yours. I absolutely love your work. I tried intermittent fasting for like 10months, including healthy foods in my diet. But during the last month, I faced acute pain between my stomach and chest, and I had to have medicine for it to go away. But it came again. So, after I stopped intermittent fasting, my problem has vanished. I still fast, but I do it for 12hrs maxm, before, it was 16hrs. Therefore, I have started believing that intermittent fasting isn't as healthy for everybody. My fasting period was between 6:30pm to 10:30am.

I have come to a conclusion after burning my hands. Eat anything and everything moderately and drink plenty of water. Do fast once in week. Listen to your body n gut.
I would like to tell you that OMD ( One Meal Diet) is also mentioned in our Vedas as during " Chaturmas " ( please Google it ) we have to also eat one meal a day as a traditional fasting and we have to intake mostly boiled food and we have to chant maximum amount of Holy name of God Krishna .

I can’t speak for everyone but myself. Well formulated Ketogenic diet saved my life. I’ve been on it for 7 yrs now and I am in my 50’s and in the best of my health. I eat more variety vegetables and low glycemic fruits in moderation. My Hba1c was 6.1 in my all 40s and now it’s 5.1. I have tons of energy and exercise regularly. All my numbers are at their best. Numbers don’t lie. When you are metabolic fit you can’t be wrong about the diet. I surely don’t miss pesticide laden genetically modified grains. Anyways thank you for the info.

Ayurved diet is just based on Jainism as jains also start eating after sunrise and before sunset they finish their meals. Jainism is purely based on science. So I proud to be Jain. Even IF diet is also related to Jainism. Even Jainism is more way deeper, it also describes what to eat and what not which is totally based on science and u cannot deny every aspects of it. Even Jainism says to drink boiled water. It describes all these very deeply and minutely.
Hey fittuber, I am a great fan of yours. I absolutely love your work. I tried intermittent fasting for like 10months, including healthy foods in my diet. But during the last month, I faced acute pain between my stomach and chest, and I had to have medicine for it to go away. But it came again. So, after I stopped intermittent fasting, my problem has vanished. I still fast, but I do it for 12hrs maxm, before, it was 16hrs. Therefore, I have started believing that intermittent fasting isn't as healthy for everybody. My fasting period was between 6:30pm to 10:30am.
