There is no shame in asking for or seeking help. I’m very proud of you for what’s it’s worth for taking care of your mental health. I just don’t know why we all place such shame on mental health. Sending healing prayers your way.

Hey Nick, great to see you as always. First, let me say that you are a brave & courageous man for sharing with us. I totally related to everything you said & please Nick, don’t let yourself feel embarrassed that you sometimes can’t do certain things on your own. I will be 57 in April & I was raised my entire life to sweep issues under the rug & it’s what I did right up until November of last year. So I decided to speak my feelings instead of pretending that I could handle it but after my diagnosis with stage 4 Cirrhosis & after I found your channel, I decided no more! It’s been a real struggle but it’s healing me but hurting others but I, for once have to put myself first. My daughters are supportive & helping me, without them I couldn’t do it.
I’m so thankful & grateful that you have Kerri in your life & I truly believe Nick that you are worthy of every kindness she has given you. To me, you are worthy & I understand what you’re saying.
I’m so proud of you for starting this channel because it’s my safe place & without you I wouldn’t have that today. So thank you Nick, I appreciate you opening up your heart & sharing.
You’re so Blessed & your story touched me from day 1. You are a miracle & I know that you’re going to continue to do great things in your life Nick. Nick,Im a complainer by nature,kimd of runs is the family.I hate it ,i dont deserve or have reason,but do it anyhow.But I feel real guilty when I see someone like yourself.Youve been through so much and Ive been watching you since your early video.Somehow you do seemingly take it on the chin.I gotta say I wouldnt fair well or deal well being dealt your hand.But youve done a lot to help others on your situation.You have a great attitude.Keep on doing what youre doing!

I sadly broke my whole 11 days without alcohol and over a month without a cigarette. Being sick, no liver disease related helped me stay sober. If only I could be sick all the time...well time to go for it again.
edit: I started getting major anxiety and the dreams, always the dreams....dogs are so good for going through anything though, just a side note.
