I went to school in Wellington. There’s a decent canal behind Wellington high school. I’ve caught some pretty massive gar, and also they have these weird looking albino looking catfish. Or at least they did when I went to school there two decades ago hahaha! Love the vids man. Seriously look into that canal it’s directly behind the high school

Would be cool to see your technique for catching the big smallies and maybe some big walleye as well! they are elusive to say the least! How many times have you been to Michigan? Otsego Lake in Gaylord, MI is probably my favorite inland lake to fish at.
I've caught largemouth and smallmouth bass, rock bass, pike, yellow perch, bluegill and pumpkinseed, white sucker, walleye, bullhead catfish, and my favorite, Lake sturgeon. I'm told that there are muskie there but I've yet to catch, or even see anyone catch them there. It's the only thing I haven't caught out of that lake.

I've lived in Southeast Florida 🌴 for 55 yrs. I have so many memories I've forgotten most of them. But when I was 13 my dad took me and my older brother on a drift boat for the first time. I caught a 52 lb. Wahoo. It was a jr. class rec. I was 13. I've caught 5 to 6 lb peacocks some 10 lb. largemouth bass. And about a million snook. That's enuff fish story's for now. But all true.

Jon B love your channel you are by far the one man that I followed the longest as far as RUclips fishermen (MAD SHOUT OUT TO GOOGAN SQUAD )go I think that you need to dedicate a segment two the big bass with snake lures and you're going to have to go on eBay to order the Doug Hannon Burke b u r k e snake bait and then I want you to challenge the googan Squad to do the same thing biggest bass wins I think it'll be a phenomenal series you can check all the googan Squad people from different channels and see if they learn how to work the snake the right way all-in-all I think it would be an awesome

With Googan having all of its new rods and some new reels and of course terminal tackle it would be an awesome video idea if you did a review on what rod and reel set ups you like to use in situation such as big lake and most definitely creeks and slim creek-like river systems! I know you’ve done this kind of thing before but not an updated one with all the new Googan products! I think it’d be awesome and informative especially with creek and pond fishing about to really kick off! There’s so many Googan products it’s hard to decide on what to get, an expert opinion like yourself would be awesome! Thanks man keep up the great work!
