Wow. The carport and courtyard would indeed be a good party space for nights when there was no chance of rain. Combine that with the pool deck space and you could invite all your friends and neighbors over for a catered buffet and live music. Would be a great house for hosting birthday parties, engagement parties or fund raisers. Love all the cheerful colors on the walls and the white plantation shutters. And that view is excellent.
We won’t be ready to move for at least another 3 years, probably more like 5, but this is perfect - has everything we want and need!! And it’s gorgeous!
