There were streets I couldn't even walk down because they smelled so bad (for example, Beale between Market and Mission) - the entire street smelled like a portapotty that had been sitting in the hot sun for a week. That place deserves every bit of the bad reputation it has. Moved out of that hellscape back to the country 3 years ago. You couldn't pay me enough to move back there.

The problem with facts is that too many people mistake facts for bigotry. In reality if they would take those facts and examine 'why' they are facts they would then be able to address any problems with those facts without tossing the facts out of the window.
