When Kenya realizes that it's not the work of the government to create businesses and industries but to create a conducive environment where individuals can create said businesses and industries, Kenya will go far. Governments should incentivize people through tax polices, ease of doing business, providing security and creating confidence in people that they will get their returns through a fair justice system. Thit's is the only formula that the west has used and thrived.

The panelists have said what they would do,and gave an example with when kibaki took over messed country with poor infrastructures.just listen again...and kenyans are doing what they are supposed to do -paying taxes regardless of overtaxation
The Question is what is it that they would do, that is different in significant terms in reference to the prevailing conditions meaning debt amounts, revenues available, international oil prices etc.
Kibaki example is he left things as they were for a while, if things were left as is, the country would default on loans. The point is how much are the revenues, how much are the expenses...what can you do about it in the financial year 2023/4 ?
