I just picked one up for my Spotmatic but can't figure out how to take the ISO into construction since the ISO dial is uncoupled
Spotmatic has a meter built-in so don't need this. The unmetered models S S1 S1a SV SL had a notch in the speed knob to couple with the clip on meter.
