The Eastwood Versa Bend 20 Inch Offset Sheet Metal Brake is a precision engineered metal working tool designed to produce both standard variable length bends as well as accurate 1/2 Inch offset bends up to 90 Degrees in 20 gauge sheet steel and 18 gauge aluminum in widths up to 20 Inch. Also capable of creating bends in 18 gauge steel in widths less than 12 Inches.

I suggest you put an angle guide (protractor) on the side of the metal sheet brake to have a perfect angle needed at every fold.

Also I put wing nuts on top of my bolts it makes it fast and easy to change .

Thanks for video! How about adding an attached angle gauge to end of lift part, and then lift each bend to angle recorded on your pattern piece. Ie lift bend to say 55 degrees, stop each time. All same then

To get your point across, you are going to have to make that small piece. When you start talking about turning it around after making a bend, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to follow what you are saying, just from that statement alone.

@@shaijups1113 take a look on ali express etc , eastwood do not make these , they are exactly the same as the rest of the chinese stuff , except a different colour , e bay is full of exactly the same , why pay for the sticker .
