Hi Ray - love your videos! Keep up the great content! Quick question - any chance you can share quick workflow structure for how to handle email recipient NOT clicking the link? in short, I want to send reminder emails to a client that doesn't click on a link to download a lead magnet that they requested. Thanks in advance!
First use a trigger link in the email to download the lead magnet. Create a new workflow where the trigger link is the trigger then tag the contact with something. In the workflow the emails him the lead magnet use a wait step after the email then use an if statement to determine if the contact has the tag, hence they click on the link, then take action accordinly.
Hi Ray, I love your content. You are truly one of the most knowledgeable GHL Experts here on You Tube. I created a workflow with a trigger link that connected to a Zoom link and made it possible to track who attended a webinar. Now, the client wants a dynamic Zoom link and not a static one which I used for the workflow. How would I get this to work? Having a dynamic Zoom link (assuming this is possible via the integration) and link this dynamic zoom link to a trigger link? Am I going in circles? I am also happy to book a consultation if this exceeds this comment section :) Just thought I ask - :)
Ok here we go. If you are using dynamic zoom links you can integrate your zoom account in ghl thewn set your calendar location to be the zoom account. This will update the meeting location when creating the meetings. You should then be able to use {{appointment.meeting_location}} for your trigger links. You will have to test it of course. Good luck to you. Thanks for watching.
Hi, I am a new client of Go High Level. I wanted to use bitly to create a "pretty link" and was curious to know if trigger links already do this for my domain, or if it ruins the way the link looks. I want it to be a trustworthy-looking link!
Great tips.. and thanks for showing this in the new email template builder too
You are welcome.
This is great thanks!!! Keep up the helpful videos!
Thank you for watching.

You mention setting up the API domain so you don't have to use the default GHL trigger link slugs.... can you show how to do that?
Kathi review my White labeling video on my channel. I cover it in there.

Hi Ray can I do this with a button? Tried it but the workflow is not firing properly.
Where are you placing the button on a funnel page or email?
@@HLGuy Hello Ray, on the funnel
@@AvenAbapo It did not work for me. So I would have to say no.
@@HLGuy Thank you so much Ray! Appreciate you!
