When you had added the call transfer, its says if they ask for the manager or the owner, is this a direct line for all telemarketers and sales calls to get directly through to a person, possibly even the actual owner or manager? I was wondering how we filter out spam calls, I set something like that in the instructions but it just sends them through, in my case with contractors they are gonna hate it if it does not properly vet them first. Any idea how to do that but still have a way for angry types to get through?? Thank you

I'm thinking about that as a human-ish conversation experience, but this delay eliminates all the benefits of the conversation AI. Have you run into the same issue, or does it go smooth and fast for you?

It's a little confusing for the caller to hear 2 messages from the AI if they're an "Upset Customer". It makes sense to tell them that you're going to transfer them and to make sure to leave a voicemail if the manager doesn't pick up when the "live transfer" action happens but for the "trigger a workflow" action which just sends the notification to the manager, you really don't need to say anything to the caller as you've already said it.. but High Level requires you to add a message in order to save the action. I wish they would allow you to save without adding anything there. I asked Chat GPT and it said "Let me notify the manager to ensure they follow up with you promptly." but it would be nice if we could just leave that blank.

Regarding the voice AI, how do you train the bot? By modifying the prompt, y correcting it live during the call, or how?
The bot gets trained mainly through adjusting the prompt and refining responses based on feedback.

For the 127 you get unlimited bots per sub account. But note taht you still have to pay normal Phone charges
