It looked to me that it was actually too small and didn’t fit all the way down on the helmet correctly. Don’t know how close I am with that, but even taking that into effect there is still about 1/2 an inch that is too tall instead of what looks like 1 1/2 right now

Jager translates to hunter in English and German snipers/hunters as military units go back to when they were hired to join the fight during the American Revolutionary War in which some were hired by The Patriots but most were hired by the redcoats. Winning Patriot Jagers all stayed in the new Country and enjoyed the spoils of victory
Our old prussian style military with the spiked helmets (Pickelhauben) was awesome....way cooler than what we have now. I have a Pickelhaube reproduction, I want more/better ones but they are so expensive due to them being so popular all over the world...PLEASE stop buying Pickelhaubes so that the poor helpless germans have a chance to get them cheap 😂
It’s amazing to see how much evolved during the 4 years of the war, from tactics and artillery, even down to the soldiers uniforms and gear. Must have seemed like the war would never end…
Yea and no black German Sniper...i dont want to be rasist but as far as i know there were about 3 to 5 registrated black soldiers in the German Army by 1914...
At first I thought dice like German so much they decided to give them those sexy gloves in red lining sleeves, but then i realized they were just too lazy to model winter skins

Didn't really look into details but the only mistakes I found is that the Jäger piping is dark green and that Stoßtruppen didn't use Patronentaschen nor Patronentragegurten, they stored their bullets in the jacket and pants.

Jaeger's were just kinda chilling behind the enemy when the trenches were prepared The only few weapons not showcased (tbf they are probably rarer) was the kar98az and gewehr 88 in very early war limited units Btw i would suggest looking for an aursoft repro reichsrevolver, very beutiful gun When airsoft engineers figure out how to make more primitive guns we could eventually get things like airsoft martini henry type thing
The german army from WWI and WWII were the most awesome looking soldiers ever in my opinion. They looked stylish and badass at the same time.

They appear to have one seam on the back so most likely. I assume he used those because at the time, he probably didn’t have darkened Marschstiefel.
