- The Madgwick Cup in 2022 was a race for racing sportscars with engines under 2.0-litres from 1948-'55. That meant the smallest, daintiest sportscars that raced in the earliest days of the Goodwood Motor Circuit, including Maserati, Lotus, Tojeiro, Porsches and more.

I always enjoy watching cars that corner WITH a nice slip angle.
Thank you so much for posting this lovely race. Loved it.
Gorgeous day and wonderful cars. Goodwood does it again.
Didn't get to see very many of the cars, and the odd one that showed up on camera, not identified, because the commentators are rattling on, about something else. Thank goodness, for all the spins!
They are paid by the word uttered without regards to actual quality…

Beautiful go-karts with race car engines. Looks like maximum fun. Love when the cars look like they're too small for the drivers.
Back in the day the average height and weight was lower that might be a factor in the disproportion. But I agree I like a small sports car too.
Full screen close-ups of individual cars tell us nothing about what is going on around them. Do all race track camera operators go to the same cinematography school?
Greal racing...always.
An osca does not have an alfa engine. It is a maserati by another name.
🏁🏁🏁🏁👏👏👏👏
😁😎
Breathing down his shoulder? It’s breathing down his neck and looking over his shoulder, are theses commentators British?
Mixing the metaphors!
It's almost as if in the heat of the moment while commentating people sometimes misspeak
Once one reaches a certain level of expertise, the world is your lobster. 😁
Surely, it's the Murray Walker school of commentating!
The third-placed driver, Olivier Marcais, is not a fan of racing driver excuses...
