Nice block you made! lol the only knot I also know and man is it hard to show it slow for me also! I started buying pork when on sale using the trim to grind in my little hand grinder which gets added to beef burger to make patties for the BBQ...I love it!
Thank you, I appreciate that. That block didn't survive. I used maple that wasn't quite dry enough and it split apart on me. Now I use a 4 foot single slab of cottonwood which isn't ideal but will do the job. That's probably the only knot I know, lol. I'm hoping to do a giveaway once I'm able to get monetized. I'm almost there, just 1,300 more watch hours and another 200 subs. I'll be giving away several knives with a scabbard. Thanks for watching!
