Thank you, It's good to be back. The breakfast steaks were good, but I did pound them out with that mallet first, so they were pretty much cube steaks. It's a good cheap cut that can last you all week. I'm thinking about doing a video on where I've been in the last few months. Not sure if anyone would be interested though.

Get back in the grove with something small. Use to help a guy making beef jerky and depending on beef prices eyes were used with the cuts going the long way, sold jerky in bulk with uniform size pieces in stores.
I agree. I'm going to do some cooking videos also. I had 2 videos I was going to do and my USB card got messed up, lol. I had to scrap it. I did a ribeye video and realized I made the exact same one 2 years before, lol.
