I really like this discussion about Yoga and its concepts although not a fan of you invoking Claire Nakti's name, her blog is full of sexist tropes and posturing her own feminist esotericism as "Vedic".
I did not say anything positive or negative about her. All I said was that actors really dont act, they play themselves - and that is why she can do analysis on them via the characters they play.
It was an honor & a privilege to learn about yogas from u one on one. Those lessons never left me & are extremely useful
