The first amendment applies to Wikileaks just as much as it applies to the New York Times. He's right where he belongs. Behind bars.
He is not subject to US domestic law and they have no grounds for extraditing him. Everything on the part of the US government has been a sham since the start including the absurd accusations of rape. We should be paying more attention to the leaks he published and we will see that the problem is not one of national security but of protecting human rights violations by US officials and others.
