I LOVE how he describes all of his pieces and has a story behind all of them, that’s so inspiring to be able to decorate your home with pieces that you love and admire!
Yes! And even if the place is over the top money he seems not to take it for granted but enjoy all of it, which is how it should be. He worked for it, why shouldn’t he have a beautiful home filled with objects that he and his husband found together and love? I mostly watch videos dealing with small space living, I find the storage and living solutions endlessly creative and interesting, but every now and then it’s nice to take a break and spend time where money and space constraints are not an issue.

I love the enthusiasm for bowls but also how informed MK is. He knows where everything came from, he had a hand in it all. Very nice. That signed Elizabeth Taylor photo is everything.
This video made me love Michael Kors. His bowls, his reservations, his dark and slightly darker aviators and him on the bike at 7am staring at the picture of a nude guy. A legend...
For a guy who can own an estate he seems down to Earth and really passionate about his collections to me.. which is something I didn’t expect from him. I’m glad I watched this
A Hedges I think he was alluding to other homes when he said they don’t use their terrace/grown herbs in the city and also that he has gardens/a green thumb.
Lost Souls According to Vogue, he has a beach house on Long Island and a home in Florida. He’s a billionaire so I imagine he has several homes with several gardens.
To a New Yorker, this is the equivalent to a country estate - and probably costs more. This kind of property in Manhattan is VERY luxurious and only for the ultra ultra rich. I'm not exaggerating when I say that most apartments in this area are about the size of Kors' closet - and still costs an arm and a leg.
MK walks us through his home and he knows the story behind each piece. "I like things in the house to remind me of people, places, and things." This is my answer to why I hang on to special items, not everything, but certainly special things. Lovely tour.
There’s something about Michael Kor that I could just watch him without ever growing bored....I don’t know...he just has that “It” factor ...how chic...how...Vogue...😎

He’s so proud of his bowls it’s kind of adorable
