I was too young to realize back then how important music was for Unreal (and later Deus Ex, which was done by the same composer and used the same(ish) engine). But turn off the music in Unreal and, at least for me, half of the atmosphere is just "lost"... Anyway, Gary, the music you're making really works, in my opinion. I tried playing Unreal with the music off, but with your remix video running in the background and it definitely doesn't "clash" with the environment, but it does give it a different vibe (*good* different, mind you). All in all, absolutely loving your work so far!🍺
very true, like motion pictures (movies & film etc) - the music adds layers to the atmosphere. While this remix is a bit extreme and left field, thank you for sharing your thoughts :) I’m looking forward to future projects. :)
@@garyafterlife timing's on your cuts is good. Milliseconds can change perception and something funny or interesting may become... Mid. You know (feel?) what and when put something on montage line. Good job.

But honestly, this video is like a spoiler for me, I don't want to spoil my impression of the final work, especially since I'm sure it will turn out great.
