thank you thank you i have been watching videos on RUclips and reading in other places but you answered many questions i just didn't know for sure by doing your walk around explaining the different parts i am wanting to build something much larger because i get huge amounts of oak wood waste for free i hope to see more
Looks awesome for a start up vessel. I would love to know how it works. I'm trying myself to get charcoal and bio char production started from my byproducts from firewood. Keep in touch! Best wishes!!
Consider including the production of Activated Carbon, particularly "Catalytic" AC for those who desire eliminating Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) in a potable water supply. In addition to quality input material, I think the introduction of Ozone (O3) is all that is needed to produce a higher grade of carbon... I'm also curious, how will you manage/clean the firebox during and after production? Have you calculated the estimated production rate per burn cycle? ~It's a fine-looking cooker and wishing you much success...
Have you come across a company that produces units like you have here? It seems every kiln is uniquely designed and hand built. I found one company that builds the "Char Boss" but its not true pyrolosis charcoal coming out of these units. Its more like burnt embers they douse in water.
I would not bolt the vent cap you should just set it on top lose with a short chain so it can pop off if need be also so it doesn't get shot up in the air the risk of detention is high
Thrilled to find this. I am excited to learn with you how to run these kilns.
Absolutely love the huge black sidebars.
I'd like to see a pop off pressure valve of some kind on that.
Amazing build there.

Love finding mobile kilns. If possible post how you would empty this after the burn. I might be missing it but it seems very manual.
Very nice looking, but is it functional? How is the heat applied? Shouldn't the tires melt?
I’m on the shore. Excited about this idea. Subbed
This is sooooo cool. I would love to purchase one of these!
Nice I love it keep me posted on project. Also u should put a link in the description so we can look at your building product

So amazing 👌

Very good kiln,
may i question, whats material you used on around of door lips..
Thanks for sharing sir.
I like the concept, I would run the gas pipe closer to the firebox to keep it hot and avoid it plugging with creosote.
Fantastic design!
seems like the tires are going to get a little warm...

Man how do those tires not pop with the heat?
Fascinating!

👍
In my country there's high demand of charcoal
What country is that?
@@beavertreats Uganda
Всё классно, но я бы сделал немного по другому
You made this way to complicated. Just drill holes on the top of the fire tube and place angle iron over the holes so fire will not get to the wood.
