Just replace the thermostat and top off your coolant if any leaks out. Your thermostat is more than likely stuck open, which will cause more coolant to run through the engine more than usual, which will keep your car run cooler than it should. Either way, nothing crazy; but don't go too long with that code.
I think it may honestly just be a censor issue. Means your whip is running colder than what it should which isn’t a bad thing. At least it isn’t overheating. But hey if the car is pre-used it wouldn’t be a bad time to do basic maintenance. But that’s after you move in to your crib. Especially if you plan on modding it, aftermarket radiators are great for when you start adding more power
