Protect Your Furry Friends: DIY Match Box Squirrel House

In this video I show you how to make matchbox house for your Squirrel or hamster! For this house I used near 500 Matchbox.
Making a matchbox house for a squirrel is a fun and easy craft activity that can be done with simple materials. Here are the steps to make a matchbox house for a squirrel:
Materials:
Matchbox
Scissors
Glue
Pencil
Ruler
Cardboard
Instructions:
1)Start by measuring the matchbox and cutting a piece of cardboard to match its size.
2)Using a pencil, draw a square on one end of the cardboard. This will be the door of the matchbox house.
3)Cut out the square door using scissors.
4)On the opposite end of the cardboard, draw a triangle shape that will form the roof of the house.
5)Cut out the triangle shape using scissors.
6)Apply glue on the cardboard and stick it onto the matchbox.
7)Using scissors, cut a piece of cardboard in a rectangular shape, and fold it in half. This will serve as the squirrel's bed.
8)Apply glue to one side of the folded cardboard, and stick it onto the matchbox.
9)You can also cut small pieces of cardboard to make a ladder or a little table inside the matchbox house.
10)Decorate the matchbox house with paint, stickers or markers as per your preference.
11)Finally, place some nuts or seeds inside the house to entice the squirrel to come and visit.
Your matchbox house for a squirrel is now ready. Place it outside in a quiet spot, and wait for the squirrel to discover it!
