I’m an INTP that’s been trying to understand the relationship I have developed with an INFJ. Quite frankly I’m in love with her, but I still can’t help but seek information on how and why I have developed this attachment. Love is such an irrational emotion, and yet despite my personality type, here I am.
I am an infj married to an intp. I think I am a constant mystery to him that he is always intrigued with. I can be just as brutally frank as he is so it's not a games thing. We have stimulating conversations but can see the beauty in life so differently. I appreciate his intellect and I think we both appreciate our each others need for solitude. So much to explore between these two types, I think. Hope this is helpful.

He is a 6w5, I am a 4w5. (Him-658, Me-451 triangles) We both love to learn. He leans more toward the logic and I the the wonder, if you can call it that. While I can easily find the beauty in most anything he finds it mostly in the sciences and maths but as an older, more mature man, has the ability to see it in in other areas as well.
INFJ trynna see why I like an intp our main issue is communication
don’t overthink it. enjoy the moments by being present and not in your head, trying to rationalize your emotions.

I just got an ISTJ woman, and she is fully dedicated to me. Best woman I've ever met. Fully supports me and my goals.
I wasn't looking for her when I found her though.
I am an INFJ (F) dating an INTP (M). I think what attracted me to him most was his straightforwardness and that "childlike innocence". I have a hard time trusting people so the honesty and loyalty of the INTP is very comforting. Our biggest issue is communication; I'm very quiet and don't have the instinct to share a lot of information so he doesn't know what I'm thinking. That being said, pretty much everything else is perfect.

@@ruchashirwalkar7466 really just being as direct and straightforward as possible, not leaving anything out. I tend to under-share because I don't know how much information is necessary so I've been pushing myself to say more than i normally would. It's my instinct to keep things to myself but that can hurt a relationship.

You're missing INFJ on both INTJ and INTP, we can really liven up Thinker's lives by giving them a fulfilling sensual romantic, and sex life.

Hi there, and sorry for the weird questions, but the usual stereotype for an ENTJ is someone who is overbearing and wants things their way and their way only. How accurate do you find that? And what do you think your INTP likes about you and why do you think you both click with each other?

@@tigerheaddude I think it depends on the INTP whether they'll prefer an "E" ENTJ/ENFJ or "I" INTJ/INFJ ... I (INTP) can see what we'd like in both relationships... Extroverts would excite us and keep us on our toes, but the intellectual dynamics between us and another introvert is also really good ... So we match great with both types, but in different ways I think ... we dont want nor expect the same thing from both types.

Bruh, in the kindred souls section you forgot the most important one, the infj. I know the compatibility is technically lower than with ntj and sfp, but who cares, golden couple.
I'm an infj married to an intp, LOL. There's a surprising amount of infj's with intp's.
I'm an INFJ who is wondering this myself, why are we not on INTP *OR* INTJs list? INTJ is our "Soul Mate", and INTP is the "Golden Pair", so both of them are better than ENTJ.
Although, ENFP makes sense for us, the other ones don't make sense for us, these are the two closest to INFJs ~

INFJ would have a great Soul Mate relationship with INTJs, but they are probably more willing to leave the relationship >
Im an ENTJ and honestly INTP is like the best match I could ever imagine. My bf is an INTP, and it's the best relationship I've ever had in my entire life. I love my INTP to death. The video is right, ENTJs and INTPs are one of the best matches for love and marriage. A lot of us can testify to that.
Totally, totally agree. INFJ and INTP have a crazy good, automatic and comfortable chemistry, but they probably need to be mature for it to work. These two will explore (deliriously) all sorts of intellectual and philosophical wonderlands together. The Ne/Ni pairing coupled with the Ti of each leads to truly amazing conversation. No subject is off limits, and the Fe of each (although it can be quite low for INTP) keeps the other from being offended. The chemistry, expansion of ideas and unexpected level of engagement can be truly magical for these two. There is a real spark. INFJ here - been with my INTP for about 10 years now.
As an INTP I can testify to this video. I didn't go on so many dates just because I wanted to just stay home and think about the date than actually go on one. People always interpreted that with a negative connotation but meh.

ESTJ would kill me in my sleep. I think we're just destined to be hermits...
I am surprised that INFJ didn't make the list since we complement their N so well (I've read that generally N-types get along better with other N-types and can personally attest to this with my circle of ENxx/INxx friends), and provide an opposition on their T/P with our F/J functions. I've dated 2 INTP's and I have never had better (long-term romantic) relationships. In both cases, we share a solid, deep, soul-level type of friendship doused in powerfully magnetic and sedating attraction.
INFJ would fit much better than the mentioned ESTJ which can be blunt and bossy. You can't push INTPs around.
I am married. Me INTP and my husband is extrovert. It's possible to make the relationship last forever. I believe extroverted people love more introverted people for a real relationship.

This is great, I might say an owners manual of sorts that I may share with the special people in my life. It's important to note that you can always work on weaknesses and become a version of yourself that can use the various tools in different situations, eg, P and J, T and F, etc... It takes work but so worth it. Great video, I did have to listen at 2x though. 😉👍

I feel more demanding than anyone… but maybe its because of low standarts in society…
It is not demanding to expect our significant other to be an honest and upfront person. Its just hard to find. I got married and got divorced. Was great at first then when I got a house she just stopped doing anything at all. I talked to her, explained to her, did not help. So I told her I was leaving and filing. She went through the motions and accused me of all sort of stuff, but when she tried to tell me I was demanding, I stopped dead in my tracks and turned around to look her dead in her eyes "you know that ain't true". She stopped her bullshit right then and had to admit the truth.
I don’t know if my coworker is in like with me. I think she has a bf but I could make assumptions due to subtle things I’ve noticed. She told me she wants to learn more about me because she thinks I’m interesting. Idk maybe she just thinks I’m cool idk. Any thoughts? I think we need videos on how to know if someone likes an INTP
