In 2006, they got permission for 16 towers and 1 shopping complex and the floors of 14 towers were now 14 floors and the new 2 towers would be built on additional land. But construction of the 2 towers was done on green land of the initial 14 towers. This was due to the minimum distance between 2 towers being very less and the distance between the towers and other apartments being very less.
