Actually this is the last part of the trilogy which is DEACHWITA, HAEGUM, AMYGDALA where Suga faces him past trauma and speaks about it, he did an accident i think when he Was a trainee he used to work as a delivery boy and it caused him a lot of damage to his shoulder but he fix it by a surgery in 2020 after years of suffering. Yoongi had a hard and hurtful past, he went through a lot of pain I‘m glad that he survived it and is healed now He is a wonderful and loving person I love this man so much ❤
3:53 the place where he filmed this was on a stage in a Stadion where he had his last concert from his Day-D tour As you can see he didn’t walk trough the door in the MV but at his last concert day they put the same door from the MV there and when he said goodbye he walked trough the door.
