Virgil finds himself retreating further into the mind palace, away from Deceit and his newfound control over the other sides. He's escaped and is safe for now... but what next? He knows that if he's captured he could be killed... or worse. Now he's got to decide which of his most basic instincts to follow: Fight? or Flight?

Well here it is, the next part of the Pitiful Children Series(PCS). You all requested it... loudly and repeatedly... Now I'm sure its not quite what you were hoping for plot wise, but this made the most sense in my mind as far as the story goes. Anyway, I really really hope you enjoyed it and that it was at least worth the wait. As I'm sure you can imagine it's gonna take a pretty good while for me to make the next one after this. As with lightning, inspiration rarely strikes twice in the same spot.
oh and if you're already familiar with this song you'll notice i had to chop it up a lot to get it to work for the story, i hope you're not too bothered by that rip

I like how the change from him being "Anxiety" and then going back to Anxiety is great. Because, it shows the change of him being accepted and being Virgil to him going back to the feared and unaccepted Anxiety.
But what I would like to know is how would that happen?

Well that’s good for you but I was in a car with my dad, mom and younger brother but by this time they are not even surprised
The thing I want to see so bad in the potential sequal is Virgil just completely overwhelming Thomas with Anxiety (or in my head canon, paranoia) and he completely decimates Deceit, and then maybe even the other sides have to band together and reign him in after Deceit is foiled.
So, from what I've gathered so far, Virgil has become a bad side again, Paranoia (thus the change of color and return of his old clothing from early episodes). At the beginning I was a little confused, like, how is it gonna help him save others from Deceit, they need a hero right now, not a villian. But then it hit me. What's the best to way to stop someone from lying? *Make them paranoid enough of consequences, or more importantly, people finding out they're not being honest*
If Thomas becomes too afraid of lying, Deceit will back off.
Well, either that or Virge just wants to whoop his ass real good in an edgy, angsty way.
I love how the scenario could go either way with your suggestions and be completely accurate. XD

Him getting rid of the jacket that connected him to the light sides, his color going back to black, the amount of change from him just pushing his hair back down???? Oh my gosh, the power in that. You are talented, my friend, to get that much emotion in a few seemingly simple changes. Thank you for making this!!!

This is really cool I love the way you chop the song up it's a great song and what you did with it made it work wonderfully with your story. I'm a little nervous about why Virgil felt he needed to go back to what he was to fight for what he has but it certainly made for an amazing dramatic moment and I legitimately gasped 'NO' out loud when his hoodie changed!!!

Okay! So I’m a lil’ late with my take, but I ADORE how the song was used in this animatic. Even though the song itself is just as powerful with the other villains input, the deafening sense that Virgil is alone by using only Jafar’s pieces (if that was the intent) only added to the story for me. Aside from that: YAS VOID! COME THROUGH WITH THE ANGST WE STAN!😩😩♥️♥️👏🏾👏🏾

Got so excited seeing teh song choice!! Such good expression and the end sequence with the discarding of his purple jacket and manifsesting his old one and teh darkness swirling about and teh hair coming down over hi eyes- it was suh a profoundly good sequence and meant a lot watching it! When I found out you made a sequel I was ecstatic, but when I found out you chose twisted? I was OvERjOyeD. The song you chose, in my opinion, fit the story perfectly. And I hope that you take your time to make the next part if there is one.
Also: The line at 2:52 was perfect. I know in the original song the use of side meant something else, but I just can't get it out of my head the double meaning it has in this context. You have made my day. Thank you :)

Wow chills I love this but my favorite line is "Who cares if no one will ever mourn me" and "Let the truth be twisted" and when he went back to his old look I screamed.
Virgil has changed to be a good side but you need to fight the dark with dark and deceits playing dirty so Virgil needs to get down and dirty too if he wants to fight for what he loves. I LOVE IT
