OG signed a team friendly contract in the past, it was so friendly that even if he was to recieve max extension it still wouldn’t be fair to him which is why Raptors traded him.
He is only injured because he plays harder than anyone else on the floor. Tibs drove him hard just like Nurse, you might wanna save him for playoffs.
His role has been limited as defensive player which will bring his future value even lower but he has accepted that role.
So, how many sacrifices you need OG to make ?
I don’t think they are resigning him, it will create serious animosity among players and he is not accepting a low ball offer. You may not think of Og but he thinks highly of himself and so do other teams in the league.

I can easily see a team like the pistons giving him 40 mil. They need shooting and he’s a 38-39% shooter and a great defender. They have 60 mil in cap space and a Cade Ivey asar og and Duran is a decent team and og might have more ball handling which is something he wanted in Toronto
