Simon is spot on. 180 is much easier than a hole in one for professionals, but for your every day person who is a beginner, they are never getting a 180, but they could get a luck hole in one shot.
It’s not that hard to get a 180. You get use to throwing the dart at the same spot and your only like 2 meters away from the board. Also throwing a dart is a lot faster and less tiring than swinging a golf club.
An every day person will struggle to hit the ball, let alone get it on the green. It really depends on how far away the hole is too. Could be a par 2-4 which makes a huge difference.
@@Ozneb_ I've never seen a single person, whether that be live in person or a clip of someone who is not a very regular darts player get a 180. Yet I've seen many clips of poor golfers get a hole in one.
Yes it is much easier to be competent at throwing darts than it is hitting a golf ball, but to get a 180 actually takes being very good at throwing darts. But you don't need to be good to get a hole in one. As Callux showed with his as it was a very poor strike.
@@JordanSMonk might just be me but iv seen many people in a bar hit a 180 when drunk. These are your average everyday people and it happens multiple times a night. also majority of the time people arnt aiming to get a 180 while in golf you’re always aiming for the hole.
I know someone who started playing darts for fun for a month and hits a 180 every so often and I also know a few golfers who have been playing for years and still has never hit a hole in one. Again, it really depends on how far away the hole is.

I've been to many a pub over many years and never once seen a single person hit a 180 or even been remotely close to it. Unless you're watching a pub darts teams playing.
But you are right in terms of people can play golf for years and not get a hole in one. But also people can play for a couple of months, and still be bad, but still get a hole in one. But these people are not getting the opportunity to try for a hole in one on the same hole all day like in this video. They only get a chance for a hole in one about 3-5 times a round.

its harder to hit the 180 in a skill way, where as golf is a full body thing. much harder to stand there for days lol, darts is so easy to spit out loads. the quantity of dart throws to golf shots is not even close

In terms of difficulty I’d go hole in one over a 180 but the hardest is a 147 easily

Troops need to use the time that jj is in camp for fury (and maybe jake after) coz once he retires/takes a break, he's gonna slow down training and is gonna need something to fill the time. He recently found golf sick when he hit that one good shot. Once he plays with them, hes gonna "train" golf to be the best of the troops, coz hes so competitive 😅😅

A hole in one is way harder than a 180, youre inside not wind or weather that can fck you over. And that how you get can a full auto hit on the triple 20, a golf shot is different almost everytime.
And pro darters hit so many 180s, where pro golfers dont hit so many hole in ones

My golf handicap is about 6, I have had one HIO, I'm a local league darts player, I have had I would guess 4-500 180's...
I got a hole in one the second time I ever stepped on a golf course. I do think a tripple 20 on dart would take forever without any skill.
As someone who plays darts at a semi decent level and I’m an average to slightly good golfer hole in 1 is 1,000,000 times harder.

As a golfer, the hole in 1 and 180 debate is a good one, but a 180 is definitely harder to achieve. You can hit a bad shot and still get a hole in one. A 180 you need 3 perfect throws. The chances of executing 3 in a row is much lower than 1 shot in golf
As someone who has played a bit of darts, I think you can easily hit a 180 in less time it takes to get a hole in one

To answer the 180 vs hole in one question is pros hit 180 all the time pros rarely hit hole in one in golf. If you have no skill in golf you’ll hard to hit green

Personally I would not make a golf channel. With how much all your lives is consumed with social media. I would leave it for your personal life because after a while you’ll get sick of it because it starts as fun but then just becomes another day at work. Want to stay friends, not colleagues. Lol
