I won't deny that the festival season is best enjoyed in India, especially how the streets get so colorful with bright lights, colors and what not..But I can say that I celebrate everything in my own version over here which is equally fun..Hows everything at your end?

Dill is a herb. Methi is Fenugreek. In Mumbai we used to eat methi aloo bhaji. Try baking sweet potatoes & sprinkle dill on it like in India we use dhania. It adds to the taste of sweet potato. Your voice is very sweet.
@@homegupshup forgot to mention you can bake russet potatoes, carrrots, bell peppers with sweet potatoes. Recently started eating sweet potatoes like this after eating somewhere in a sandwich.

U can use a kitchen cotton napkin to squeeze out all water for manchurian frm the vegetables rather than using hands in such cold weather
