Happend to me....I didn't even want to train anymore. Then I got sick and slept for 2 weeks. After that, my progress was crazy, gains and strength up the roof 💪 I was probably just sleep-deprived 😅 😴

Biceps only have one function not three, when you start moving your shoulders you're adapting shoulders into the mix and when you're moving your forearms into supination and pronation that's forearm works not bicep work

The should BAN all cell phones from the gym

    • @michelrood2966

@Romeshreeded I disagree, when I started training many years ago there were no cellphones, we got our programs out of magazines and memorized them. This should be second nature, If you dont have this simple discipline youre not a serious Bodybuilder i.m.o...You dont " need" music when training. When I train i have tunnel vision. I'm in there for me . I dont socialize apart from greeting people I know. Im sick of people sitting on machines, and I have to wait for them to finish while my muscles get cold..nah, man. Phones dont belong in a serious gym. Theres no valid reason or excuse in the world.

My plateau is the result of training constantly to muscle failure. 3x/week. Overtraining?

What is the difference between micronized creatine and HPLC pure creatine? I switched from the HPLC to the micronized and it didn't seem to work as well. I had been on the new stuff for about 3 weeks and I got sick and didn't lift for almost a a month was very weak and did a work out of about 30% less weight. I don't fell to bad so I'm going to go up a little bit at a time. I wonder if I had stressed my self out just before that. I was pushing it for a year. I was doing different kinds of exercising as strength workouts. 85% to 90%. It worked pretty good. I'm going to try the suggestion you made about doing the light workout then the 80% the next workout. Then on the next one I'll go to the 86 to 90% depending the exercise I choose. I was trying g to incorporate a Dorian Yates method but I didn't have a partner for the negative reps. I'm 72 so it was pushing it. I was just wondering if I missed something with the creatine.

@@numan6959 when I got sick it wasn't from the creatine. After about a week or two I felt better but my shoulder was not right so I stopped. I hurt my shoulder when I was 57 then again when I was 69 but not from lifting. I'm going to wait a little bit and try again but I'm going to change what I was doing. I'm taking Jerry's advise. I didn't know I could do the 3 way exercise the way he said.

I live in America and I think you do too, so I wish you would stop using the European metric system. i.e. kilograms per body weight etc.
I shouldn't have to get out my conversion calculator every time I watch your video's - it's very annoying to say the least.

I am carnivore , don’t eat carbs, zero. My training is a way better that i was eating carbs. My energy is constant, not like it was before, high, an drops to low.. so I don’t agree with Jerry on this one

Realize that carbs convert into Glycogen .
Carnivore - Excessive amounts of protein with convert into Glycogen once the body doesn’t have signals for further absorption options and signals available for that given timeframe and circumstance.
