Testing the rc like a real vehicle is something Id love to watch more of. I love the way it reacts like a full scale vehicle would. with the tires and suspension squishing its awesome
Great review/test. The TRX-4 Defender was my first scale truck. I wanted an all-around performer and it never disappoints. Sure, I now have lighter and more balanced trucks that offer way better pure rock crawling performance, but the aTRX-4 does it all. Trail, crawl, bash. It’s built like a tank and handles rocks, dirt, mud, ice, snow, and water like nothing else. Mine is still stock (except tires). It’s got surprisingly great low speed control and amazing top speed. When my motor dies I will probably just replace it with another Titan. A ProScale winch is going in it this week. You really showed the TRX-4’s strength and obviously had too much fun making this video. Thanks.
Instead of getting another RC, I’ve decided to convert my trx4 defender into a light plastic 1989 ford body . I love my trx4 but want more crawl ability .. too top heavy.. ideally I want to do it in such a way where I can switch back and forth.. that will keep me out the crawling market for another

I really enjoyed the obstacle avoidance test, also found it interesting to see that my defender trx4 tops out at 20km/h on the same exact battery, on my gps 🤔
