This is a simpler technique than cutting each strip or length of yarn and pulling it through and knotting it. I know because I made one and it took me quite a while to make. Love this.

Hey 😀.. Yea so many people are worried about this. I have a part three video of this where I have demonstrated trying to pull the threads, towards the end of the video. I haven't experienced it personally so I was surprised. But someone made me realize the size of the thread and holes of the mesh matter alot. Like my mesh has quite tiny holes and once I do my crocheting... The hole is too small for the thread to come out easily. The person was telling me that the reason she experienced that is because she was using thinner thread and the holes were bigger making it loose. So I think the holes mat mesh come in different sizes. When you get one try and look for one with smaller holes and buy yarn according to that size. Like this white mesh am using here has slightly bigger holes than the black one on my part 2 and 3. So I came to understand that.. That is where the challenge also comes in. Thank you 💕
Hey Joy, Oh my! Sorry for the late response aki. I don't sell mine, unfortunately. I do it as a hobby. But all I can say is that it's a tedious process, so don't undercharge given the work you have put in. Because materials are fairly affordable but the work and creativity you put in, make sure you sell that too❤️😊
@Mandy P. Hey Mandy... I demonstrated on my part 3 video that I have never experienced this. But also It can happen if the holes on your tapestry mat are too big and maybe using thin yarn.
What do you mean? I don't understand what you mean by its easy though you can easily pull off the cut threads one by one? Edit: ohh ok. Now I understand. Without each one being secure its easy for them to pull out. And once one pulls out they all start to come out.

Hey😃... In Nairobi try river road... Biashara street and keekorok road... They have shops that sell yarn.
Wow! It was genius 👏🏻 thanks indeed
Wow this is the easiest
I want this type of canvas sheet where this buying
Hi, for us in Kenya, shops that sell yarn or art and craft items have them. Try asking for tapestry mat/mat mesh even on amazon. You should find them.
This method is definitely quicker than the method I've been using. How does it hold up to a vacuum cleaner?
I honestly haven't tried a vaccum cleaner

Its an easier method though you can easily pull of the cut threads one by one. They easily pull off
Ahaaa... Yea.. Thanks so much for your observation.. 😀Will put it in the description as a disclaimer...
@Mandy P. Hey Mandy... I demonstrated on my part 3 video that I have never experienced this. But also It can happen if the holes on your tapestry mat are too big and maybe using thin yarn.
Some special glue or silicone underneath the mat could solve the pulling issue and provide anti-slip at the same time.
hey lilo.. Thank you for this... It might help those experiencing the issue 💕
What do you mean? I don't understand what you mean by its easy though you can easily pull off the cut threads one by one?
