My degree is in environmental science my research focused in climatology. It's completly within normal seasonal fluctuations, just in the margins of the average data variances. Yes I watched the video, and I'm informing both this inaccurate media company as well as the viewer. I don't need to watch the video however to look up the climatological data. The locals feel it more because it's impossible to plan for drought years when you're barely able to survive in an overpopulated region with a government that has a general inability to keep up with infrastructure load and disaster relief.
